• Provide services with reasonable care and skill
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

HelloPro does not verify the qualifications, licenses, or certifications of service providers. You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable professional requirements.

4.1 Subscription Plans

HelloPro offers various subscription plans for service providers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Authorize automatic renewal at the end of each billing period
• Provide accurate and complete payment information

4.2 Boosts and Promotions

Visibility boosts and promotional features are non-refundable once activated. The placement and visibility of boosted listings are subject to our algorithms and may vary.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent periods
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Posting content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempting to circumvent our fees or payment systems
• Using the platform for spam, advertising, or unauthorized solicitation
• Scraping, data mining, or using automated systems to access the Service
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
• Offering or soliciting illegal services

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You retain ownership of content you submit to HelloPro. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

The HelloPro platform, including its design, features, and content created by us, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

HelloPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that using HelloPro will result in any specific outcomes, including finding clients, generating revenue, or achieving business success.

7.3 Third-Party Interactions

HelloPro is not responsible for the conduct, quality of services, or reliability of any service provider or client. All transactions and interactions between users are solely between those parties.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloPro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HelloPro, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content posted on the platform
• Any services you provide through the platform

We may suspend or terminate your access to HelloPro at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• Any outstanding fees will become immediately due
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of HelloPro shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts, as determined by applicable law.
